I am one of those who have sponsored a needy child for years grateful that someone is doing something but always lacking the skills to be there doing it. Now I am aiming to use my passion for flying to be a part of something bigger than myself. To be able to be part of making a difference, there on the ground, so to speak.

Ever wondered how the teams of professionals & supplies get to those in remote impoverished areas. In many cases flying them in is the only way. Enter Mission Aviation Fellowship! MAF is a registered non- profit mission agency that lives and fly's in these remote or desperate areas. Last year MAF flew over 37000 flights, logged over 2.7 million miles & saved over 65000 days of travel time transporting over 121000 passengers. Think of how much more was accomplished because of time saved alone. So come and join me...

It's going to be rugged & rewarding, humbling & humorous. Could be terrifying & hopefully terrific ...the ingredients of a great adventure.
